Important: By registering for this raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.
1. Raffle Overview
This raffle ("Raffle") is organized jointly by the Philippine-Canadian Chamber of Commerce
("PCCC") and Geese Project ("GP") (collectively, the "Organizers") as part of the George Brown
College Halo Halo Festival.
Event Details:
- Event Date: November 29, 2025
- Event Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST
- Location: George Brown College Harbourfront Campus, Toronto, Ontario
- Draw Date: November 29, 2025 (during the event)
2. Eligibility
To participate in this Raffle, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
- Be a legal resident of Canada or the Philippines
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Have a valid email address and phone number
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of PCCC, GP, or their affiliates
3. How to Enter
To enter the Raffle:
- Complete the online registration form at the official website
- Provide required information: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy
- Submit the form before the registration deadline
Entry Limits: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Registration Deadline: November 29, 2025, 11:59 AM EST
4. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner):
- 1-year Premium GPLI Package (Approximate Retail Value: CAD $2,000)
- GP Leadership Assessment
- Spot in Group Coaching Session with Richard Caballero
2nd-5th Place (4 Winners):
- GP Leadership Assessment
- Spot in Group Coaching Session
6th-10th Place (5 Winners):
- Spot in Group Coaching Session (maximum 10 participants total)
11th-12th Place (2 Winners):
- UMAC Toronto $100 Gift Certificate (each)
13th-14th Place (2 Winners):
- Cybersecurity re:Start ebook (each)
15th-16th Place (2 Winners):
- United in Progress book (each)
Total Winners: 16
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected by random draw on November 29, 2025, during the event
- The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently
- Winners need not be present at the event to win
- All decisions of the Organizers are final
6. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified by email and phone within 3 business days of the draw
- Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected
- Winner names may be announced on PCCC and GP websites and social media
7. Prize Claim and Delivery
- Winners must provide valid identification to claim prizes
- Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred
- Gift certificates and physical items will be delivered via email or mail
- Coaching sessions and assessments will be scheduled within 60 days of notification
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prizes
8. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Submitting multiple entries
- Attempting to manipulate or tamper with the registration process
- Violating these Terms & Conditions
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
9. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to:
- Collection and use of your information for raffle administration
- Communication from PCCC and GP regarding the raffle and winners
- Public announcement of winner names (first name and last initial)
10. Marketing and Communications
By registering, you agree to receive:
- Raffle-related communications (mandatory)
- Event updates about the Halo Halo Festival
- Occasional updates from PCCC and GP (you may opt out at any time)
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and materials related to this Raffle are owned by PCCC and GP
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without written permission
- By participating, you grant PCCC and GP the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- PCCC and GP are not liable for technical issues, errors, or delays in registration
- Organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
- Prizes are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Winners assume all risks associated with prize acceptance and use
- Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation
13. Force Majeure
Organizers are not responsible for cancellation or modification of the Raffle due to
circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: natural disasters,
pandemic, war, government restrictions, or technical failures.
14. Modification and Cancellation
Organizers reserve the right to:
- Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice
- Cancel or suspend the Raffle if necessary
- Substitute prizes of equal or greater value
- Extend or shorten the registration period
15. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this Raffle shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario
- Participants waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to
conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Ontario.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and the Organizers regarding this Raffle.
